   <description><![CDATA[Hi, just a quick tip/recomendation needed regarding Twinlab's Amino Liquid Fuel: It says on the bottle takes 3 spoonfulls a day at anytime you require but what I want clarifying is whether you take the 3 spoonfulls at different times or all in one hit? Which is more beneficial?]]></description>

   <description><![CDATA[Hi,<br /><br />New member to the forum here!!! Been training for 3 years and in the 1st year i lost 3 stone of unwanted blubber. the last two years i have been building up properly and im a big fan of supplements if used alongside a good rountine and good nutrition. The thing is I have just ordered the BSN mass stack as i thought id give it a whirl as everyone seems to be raving about it. I was thinking of getting a fat burner, like lipo 6 or grenade to go with it but im a bit worried of stacking it with the mass stack as they are so potent! I dont want to start seeing pink elephants, having heart attacks or shi**ing myself if you know what i mean, lol!!! Do you think i should use it after ive finished the stack to tighten up a bit or do you think it will be ok together? Sorry to ramble on!! Been having a read through the forum for the last hour, gotta say, mess hot site!!!]]></description>

   <description><![CDATA[Hi all <br /><br />Im doing a Sky Dive for the County Air Ambulance early next year! <br />As you know.. the Air Ambulance is not goverment funded and rely's on events like&nbsp;&nbsp;this to keep them running. <br /><br />Im awaiting my sponsor pack so can start collecting any sponsors.. i need at least £500 to even do the event.<br /><br />Its going to be intersting considering i do not like heights in the first place..yet alown 2 miles up in the sky!<br /><br />]]></description>
