   <description><![CDATA[Hi everybody, I am a supplier of food supplements and have been thinking of making it in the masculine line with some of the liquid supplements and powders. There are many competitors in this line and manufacturing them involves a good investment that I cannot make at the moment. So, I have decided to make it with private labeling (as the earlier range is also not manufactured by me).I need some suggestions on choosing a better manufacturer that my previous for my product range.]]></description>

   <description><![CDATA[Hi All, I am new to bodybuilding, 45, 5&quot;9', 14stone 10, so it dont take alot to work out i look way outa shape.<br /><br />I recently moved to Spalding Lincs, so I don't know the Gyms/Clubs in the area, I also don't want to spend all my time in the Gym, so Im looking to train for about 2 months, then I want to build , fast, so then Im gonna need extra advice, stacks cycles etc, I asked in a local gym about &quot;my low testosterone&quot; and was told to eat tomatoes &amp; ginseng, I dont think I got my point across.<br /><br />I hAVE a starter plan for 1st 6 weeks, just need the right GYM<br /><br />thanks<br />Snatch]]></description>

   <title>revised diet and work out, what do ya think?</title>

   <description><![CDATA[Hey, though i would post an update on my diet, work out and stats since my last post. To see what people think I could improve, my original aim was to forget about loosing the belly just focus on mass but I stat uni again 25th september so trying to cut as much fat as possible as i hold it in all the wrong places (chin, belly, pecs)<br /><br />my mid section looks slimmer, my body is starting to look like a v rather than a square and I look a lot more toned. My main aim for the time being is getting used to the routine and lifting weight, as well as lowering my body fat.    <description><![CDATA[Morning guys,<br />I have 2 weeks before I head off on holiday and am doing a last effort to strip the excess pounds and get some good definition for the beach - for the<br />next 2 weeks I am going by the following diet - please let me know know your thoughts:<br /><br />(PS: I have been cutting properly for the last 4 weeks approx)<br /><br />6.30am - Animal CUTS<br />7.30 am - Animal MStak<br />8.00 am - Large Protein Drink<br />11.30 am - Animal Cuts (2nd pack)<br />12.00 pm - Protein Drink<br /><br />2.30 or<br />4.30 pm&nbsp;&nbsp;- Depending on training time - Sweet Patato / Cottage Cheese / CousCous or something similar (Complex Carbs basically)<br /><br />45 mins<br />Prior to WO - NOXplode<br /><br />Straight after<br />WO&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;-&nbsp;&nbsp;Protein Shake<br /><br />Evening meal of nice clean food (Chicken / fish / veg etc)<br /><br />This is obviously running at a bare minium and I am not expecting to build muscle on this diet - however hopefully it will maintain current levels and give<br />my body a kick int he right direction for getting me nicely CUT for the beach.<br /><br />Any thoughts?<br />Cheers<br />John<br /><br /><br /><br />]]></description>
