   <description><![CDATA[Hi, just a quick tip/recomendation needed regarding Twinlab's Amino Liquid Fuel: It says on the bottle takes 3 spoonfulls a day at anytime you require but what I want clarifying is whether you take the 3 spoonfulls at different times or all in one hit?    <description><![CDATA[Hi,<br /><br />New member to the forum here!!! Been training for 3 years and in the 1st year i lost 3 stone of unwanted blubber. the last two years i have been building up properly and im a big fan of supplements if used alongside a good rountine and good nutrition. The thing is I have just ordered the BSN mass stack as i thought id give it a whirl as everyone seems to be raving about it. I was thinking of getting a fat burner, like lipo 6 or grenade to go with it but im a bit worried of stacking it with the mass stack as they are so potent! I dont want to start seeing pink elephants, having heart attacks or shi**ing myself if you know what i mean, lol!!! Do you think i should use it after ive finished the stack to tighten up a bit or do you think it will be ok together? Sorry to ramble on!! Been having a read through the forum for the last hour, gotta say, mess hot site!!!]]></description>

   <description><![CDATA[Hey Everyone! <br /><br />First post here, so hope i get this right!<br /><br />I have been working out now for about 6-8 months starting with weight loss &amp; toning and now working on building my muscles. I have been very happy with my progress, have lost allot of weight and toned nicely. <br /><br />I have a clean diet, with no &quot;Treat&quot; days or anything like that. I take in 6 meals a day with 2 Protein Shakes (Isolator: <a href="http://www.isolator.co.uk/r">http://www.isolator.co.uk/r</a>) thrown in too after my workouts and morning breakfast as well. I currently do the following workout schedule (If you need more details just ask! Dont want to bore you with what isnt nessessary!):<br /><br />Monday - Saturday:<br /><br />6am - 7:30am: Strict Cardio<br />7:00PM - 9:00PM - Weights/Cardio<br /><br />Sunday: Rest Day.<br /><br />My goal now as i said is to start filling out my muscles and bulking up a bit more whilst getting some good definition. My workout plan is great and i am already seeing great results with it, however i was wondering what suppliments i can start taking to enhance my results, this is where i am hoping you guys/gals can step in and offer some advice? <br /><br />I have been reading around allot on google and also bodybuilding.com and here too in the forums, but get allot of mixed information as to what brands would be best to use, seems that each person has a unique choice. I have been recently reading into Creatine which seems to be good stuff, but again, what are your thoughts on this? when is best to take it (Pre/Post workout)?
