Hi, just a quick tip/recomendation needed regarding Twinlab's Amino Liquid Fuel: It says on the bottle takes 3 spoonfulls a day at anytime you require but what I want clarifying is whether you take the 3 spoonfulls at different times or all in one hit? Which is more beneficial?

I wouldnt take all 3 at once. 3 differnt times

I stick with the supps I know and trust. :)
