i need to lose up to a stone of fat round the chest and abs before december(holiday) is it poss with a standard diet.
8.00- small bowl oats, yogart,green tea, 1 piece of fruit.
10.00- protein shake
12.00 chick/turkey salad, fruit,green tea
3.00 protein shake
6.00 chick/turkey,rice,boiled spuds,veg and fruit
7.00 train 90 mins heavy lifting+30mins cardio
9.00 100g glucose, protein shake
iam also taking kre-alkalyn,lipo 6 and flax oil.
or will i have to go with a full on cutting diet witch is hard with my job thanx any help
