Hi All, I am new to bodybuilding, 45, 5"9', 14stone 10, so it dont take alot to work out i look way outa shape.
I recently moved to Spalding Lincs, so I don't know the Gyms/Clubs in the area, I also don't want to spend all my time in the Gym, so Im looking to train for about 2 months, then I want to build , fast, so then Im gonna need extra advice, stacks cycles etc, I asked in a local gym about "my low testosterone" and was told to eat tomatoes & ginseng, I dont think I got my point across.
I hAVE a starter plan for 1st 6 weeks, just need the right GYM
