Hi everyone.
I started out hitting the weights seriously after stopping playing rugby (league) approx 5 years ago and piling on the pounds - as you will see from the pictures I did not take care of myself and hit the beer and food pretty hard - I went from 12.5 stone when playing rugby to 15stone .... I then decided about 2 years ago that i was going to get fit again and get rid of the excess bagagge.
Let me know what you think of my progress - currently I am cutting (this is for my 2008 summer holiday) - once I am back I want to clean bulk with the
help of a few supps to start adding some serious muscle.

Going in the right direction . Keep it comming. Could also update this page to show your diet/workout plan .
How much cardio are you doing?

i think many have gone down that route including myself.
definatly progress being made, well done, learn how to pose and squeeze that will make you look even bigger in pics
