my cousin and i are following dougs 4 day cuttin routine, but his problem is that he is eating crap a lot of junk food which get me worried about hs health and that he is not going 2 achieve his goals that he wants, sometimes he only gets 2 sloid meals in a day otherwise everthin else is junk choc, fast food ice creams etc, i have explained 2 him the dangers in these types of food but he dnt seem 2 understand and i have also showed him a video from bbc 3 about the dangers in these types of foods (link below), i also explained 2 him that he is not goin 2 achieve anythin from follwoing the 4 day cutting routine with a mess diet like his, but he says if im doing the hours in the gym i will lose the fat, but he says 2 me i am chatting a load of bollocks,
plz send ur post and say if u guys agree with me so i can prove 2 him that i am not chatting mess and he is wasting his time and energy in follwoing dougs 4 day cutting routine with a mess diet and wont achieve nothing

Your cousin sounds stupid. Its pretty much common sense that if you eat junk you wont achieve your goals especially when cutting. The best way to prove your point is to stick to it yourself and he'll see the difference in results.

Cutting fat effectively is alot to do with your diet. Eating high calorie and simple carbohydrate foods is going to be very counter-productive for fat loss, and also for the nutrients needed for muscle tissue.
