Is it just me?  I'm not only talking about frequency but also the smell, normally you don't mind the smell of your own but this is something else. Even the dog looks at me in disgust and walks off.

Anyway of getting round this?

lol, I remember back in the days when my cousin used to tell me off because my fart smells horrible. I told her that its the protein smell and she should enjoy it. Can think of anyway to get around it. maybe eat more fruit and veg?

Try taking some form of probiotics - natural yoghurts are a great source for these.

Try switching brands too. What whey protein are you consuming? Isolate or concentrate?

It may not be the protein powder. It may be what you're mixing with it. In any case, try to drink it more slowly. Swallowing air by eating or drinking too fast is one of the most common reasons for flatulence.

I find the healthier I eat the worse I smell..

just change your protein shake , i used to get that for months , didnt matter what i ate or drunk , i stank, i mean i offended myself and that takes alot but just decided to change shakes now i have no problems. buy a small tub first , if you like it and you dont smell like the grim reaper then buy it in bulk, happy days

i fart non stop no  matter what protein i use. infact im a sick bastard and i love it so i  use alot of casien and soya protien. makes for a invigorating uplifting pong
