was doing my leg work out on the leg press 450kg done 2 reps got up grabed the 15kg dumbells and started doing my lunges and i felt like a pop hadnt felt this before but knew it wasnt right 2 minz later it was sore sat down that was the end of the work out cos i knew it just wasnt right take 4 paracetmals still sore and thought ?
