Anyone tried substituting chicken breast with pigeon breast

Pigeon breast has 29grams of protein per 100g.

I do a fair bit of shooting and It occured to me that with the price of chicken going through the roof
I would be better off putting all the pigeons to use and save a fortune

Your thoughts please

Chicken breasts here in Teesdale cost £8 for 4! You need 4 for a mouthful!

I think I`ll do the pigeon breast until I get sick of It then It will be time for some duck

Oooopppssss  that should be PIGEON breasts are £8 for 4! Chikkies are cheaper but you get more meat.I've been getting mine from Lidl where they have been having 40% off the price.
