ive just started a cutting diet but not sure how many grams of carbs and protien i should be taking daily iam 15st with about 1 st of that being fat. ive been eating 5-6 times a day  and training 2 hours a day  5-6 times a week (1.5 h lifting 0.5 h cardio) iam hoping to be in shape for my holiday end of november
iam starting a course of trenbolone acetate and winstro(8wks ten and 6 wks wini) in a few weeks after a few more weeks diet can anyone help with the daily  carb  intake   any help welcome?

Just eat the same amount of carbs that you are eating now mate - add your cardio and this will work a treat for at least 4 weeks! If you want to cut carbs - dont do it too drastically - just go for a 50/50 spilt with your protein, i.e if you eat 300 grams of protein a day then eat 300 grams of carbs too - make sure they are all complex - other than postworkout where you want to consume some sugars.

cheers pj  also since i started dieting and uping the protein my belly seems to be bloated and feels heavy is this normal or iam i eating to much you think ?

Sounds like your digestive system is struggeling to work with all the protein and food - I would reccomend taking probiotics on a daily basis - this will help aid your digestive system and releive your bloatedness.
