Just eat the same amount of carbs that you are eating now mate - add your cardio and this will work a treat for at least 4 weeks! If you want to cut carbs - dont do it too drastically - just go for a 50/50 spilt with your protein, i.e if you eat 300 grams of protein a day then eat 300 grams of carbs too - make sure they are all complex - other than postworkout where you want to consume some sugars. |
