Morning guys,
I have 2 weeks before I head off on holiday and am doing a last effort to strip the excess pounds and get some good definition for the beach - for the
next 2 weeks I am going by the following diet - please let me know know your thoughts:

(PS: I have been cutting properly for the last 4 weeks approx)

6.30am - Animal CUTS
7.30 am - Animal MStak
8.00 am - Large Protein Drink
11.30 am - Animal Cuts (2nd pack)
12.00 pm - Protein Drink

2.30 or
4.30 pm  - Depending on training time - Sweet Patato / Cottage Cheese / CousCous or something similar (Complex Carbs basically)

45 mins
Prior to WO - NOXplode

Straight after
WO          -  Protein Shake

Evening meal of nice clean food (Chicken / fish / veg etc)

This is obviously running at a bare minium and I am not expecting to build muscle on this diet - however hopefully it will maintain current levels and give
my body a kick int he right direction for getting me nicely CUT for the beach.

Any thoughts?
Cheers
John

Whats the difference between a Large protein drink and your normal protein drink?
Why dont you eat carbs for breakfast?
Why aren't you doing any cardio?

On the whole your plan looks poor.

More solid food
More green veg
Add cardio

Its a very simple equation.

PJ,
Thanks for the reply - I think I was a bit low on info in that first post - in answer to your Q's:

1) The BSN protein im taking gives 43gm's per 2 scoops - I make sure the first one of the day gives me around 50+gm's
2) Breakfast time eating is usually Special K with Semi Skimmed milk - however I thought I would try to sub this with the protein shake (above) for the 2 weeks to see the effects>
This is only a short term thing to see if i can tighten things up before my holiday.
3) I do get my cardio in - I always warm up with 20 minutes (10 XTrainer and 10 bike) before I hit the weights.

I always make sure i get plenty of veg/greens as part of my evening meal as well.

I will take on board your advice and let you know how it goes after my 2 weeks ...... Just to note - Im not expecting miracles - I have been cutting now using first LIPO6 and now
Animal CUTS for just over a month .... I have shifted approx 7 pounds and definitely got more definition..... This final blast to to make sure I go away feeling / looking the best I
can.

Your cardio should be done after weighlifting for two reasons that you dont wana nacker your self out before weights and most imporant its a proven fact you burn more fat by doing the weights>cardio.
Only day i would do cardio first is when im doing legs.

Thus you said its a "warmup" you dont need 20mins to warmup any way.. 5mins on a bike will be fine and just ensure your nicely stretched and do the warmup pre set on your exercise.

If your cutting cardio plays a big part. Some of the people i know who compete are doing cardio in the morning 30mins odd then another 40mins post weight workout.
