don't know about that but Japanese each tuna frequently and they seems to be very clever. with canned tuna however, it can be a different story.

Yes tuna is bad..thats why mostly all healthy people eat tuna... and more to the point.. thats why bodybuilders eat it cause it has protein which is bad for you..

Well they claim that tuna can be high in mercury. But not all of it is and some has higher levels than others. Also it is better for you to eat tuna packed in water than in oil.
As far as the mercury goes if you eat a bunch of tuna than just treat it as if you have mercury poisoning and you should be fine.
