All fast food restaurants can be healthy. It just depends on what food you eat while you are there. You can get salads instead of fries, water or milk instead of soda, baked or broiled chicken instead of burgers. I think that it has been televised that Subway is the healthiest fast food restaurant. Even there you have choices though. There you can still get pizza, chips, soda, high calorie bread, foot long or you could get a 6 inch baked chicken breast on wheat with water and apple slices. There was a study recently on a man that ate at McDonald's every meal for a month and lost a lot of weight here recently ( don't know exactly how long or how much). It was his choices that made him loose the weight though. It all just depends on what you choose to eat. |
