Hey, just post ratios that you feel work better on the whole please, not a life story on how it works differently for different people, i already know that just want to see what ratios people feel work best when cutting. Thanks in advance.

is this per meal?? i generally use 50g protein per meal 7 times a day high carb day (not re feed) would be 200g and low carb 50g per day, fats around 75g per day
