Hi all my names ron but most people call me yorkie. Just got back into bodybuilding again after 20 years, yes i am 40 at the mo and getting older. now got to much time on my hands apart from work, so thought it was time to hit the gym again, looked round a few forums and this one the best out the lot.
hers were im at
diet
8am protien shake with 50g oats (um loverly) 12 noon 80z chicken, protien shake 1 bannana 4pm pre workout protien shake 50g oats 5pm post workout protien shake 7pm main meal usaually steak/fish/chicken with fresh veg 10pm bedtime protien shake
supplements i am using
whey protien l glutimine glucosamine multi vits creatine (ethal ester)
probably need help with diet for mass and any advice on supplements welcomed weighing in at 210 pounds 6ft 2in tall
