People say with any supplment.. you should do it for 4-6 weeks then go off it for a bit. To give your body rest from taking such supplements and some scientists say so your body does not become ammune to the effect.
There are plenty of supplements out there.. first is your diet which needs to be good.. forget supplements if u dont stick to a diet.. then we have costs.. they cost a fair bit.. pick one or two/three produtcs u like and then u know how much they cost per month/ 6/8 weeks |

TankUKJ is absolutley correct. I take creatine for 6 weeks, then give my body a 2 week rest. If you continue just using it none stop then its effectiveness dwindles. |

Cycling creatine tends to be the followed doctorine. I use Extreme Nutritions KR Evolution capsules, they are ph balanced and do not convert to the dreaded creatinine, which is what usually causes the bloated belly and water retention. These are easy on the gut and effective

I find it most useful! When I stop taking it I notice a real drop in my strength and am glad to start it again. Strenuous exercise uses all the natural creatine made by the body (from red meat), so a supplementary is necessary. |

Biz,its not a waste of money.. what you should be saying is that you personally didnt get on with it.
I know the gym owner who was a british finalilst loves creatine and hes ripped.. Its each to there own and differnt produtcs work differntly with each body..
What works for you doesnt mean will work for me.. thats a better comment to say then just say " waste of money "
There are scientists who have proven it helps.. hell even pro athlete's ( NOT THE ONES SPONSERD ) use supplements such as this so your wrong.. |

5g per day for 6 weeks, with a couple of weeks off tends to work well. |

I've been using it for about 2 weeks now, and i've seen great results so far.
Most people choose to do a "loading phase" which 4 servings of 5grams (heaped tea-spoonfull) per day for 5 days. Then they continue on to the "mainatence phase" which consits of taking one 5g serving per day. |
