Not to educated on creatine except i was told by a fitness trainer that mono holds more water than a esterfied creatine.

Esterfied creatine is made so that you dont have to take as much as it will be absorbed better.

Personally i tried both and had no look on any creatines but im looking at getting a creatine product thats on offer It has both creatines in and glutamine and taurine etc.  £50.00 reduced to £14.99 and it still in date so while its cheap i was going to get some and see if buying expensive creatine works.

I know just cos it expensive it dosent mean its good but while its cheap its worth a gamble.

Sounds a good bargain Marc.  I have been using creatine for the past 6 months and it really improves my WOs. I've been off it for 2 weeks now as I've been de-toxing, but back again next week.

To de-tox, quite simply I just drank water and eat clean. made certain that there were no processed foods of any kind and that included bread, margarine etc. Food consisted of chicken, turkey or rabbit all local from local butcher, with green vegs, brown rice or new potatoes. Its amazing after a few days, I can then sleep easier, go to loo at regular times etc etc. I made certain that there were no chemicals at all in my body.

CEE is my favorite, you can take it in smaller doses than creatine mono and it still works perfectly, and you dont have to take carbohydrates with it
i am using pure CEE before and after workouts,it gives good pumps too
i just realy hate taste of it,its hooorrible!! after my workouts i am taking it with bcaa powder(these are even more disgusting),sometimes its realy hard not to puke on these   but still,i love CEE
