To de-tox, quite simply I just drank water and eat clean. made certain that there were no processed foods of any kind and that included bread, margarine etc. Food consisted of chicken, turkey or rabbit all local from local butcher, with green vegs, brown rice or new potatoes. Its amazing after a few days, I can then sleep easier, go to loo at regular times etc etc. I made certain that there were no chemicals at all in my body. |
