a gym instructor said that u dnt lose weight fat when training at 60% (in da morning), he said they dnt understand science, he said its better 2 do interval training rather then low intensity cuz with interval ur losing fat and carbs, but with low intensity ur just losing a little amount of calories, so he said when dong cardio do interval and never waste time doing low intensity, is he chatting mess or what?

You acutally dont start burning fat till 20 mins of cardio.. so with that in mind.. you gotta exsaust your body of protein be4 it burns into muscle

Yes thats why you take protein before a workout . To help prevent a workout burning into muscle and giving the muscle protein to build from being ripped

your muscles grow when a muscle fibre is ripped. The protein repairs it

Weight loss on a low-carb diet has two components:
1. Reducing carb (and protein if necessary) intake so that the body no longer has a ready supply of glucose.
2. Increasing fat intake to supply an alternative energy supply.

The aim is to get the body to burn fats -- and crucially for weight loss, this includes body fats. The body will only do this in two circumstances:
1. Starvation (including low-calorie dieting)
2. When glucose is restricted by other means and fats are the only fuel supply available (low-carb, high-fat diets).

If you don't take sufficient protein then the body starts eating itself!  It starts burning the muscles for fuel.

I'm late I know but:
I lost 3 stone of fat by low intensity sessions on an eliptical early in the morning. It works.
So does interval training but it places a higher demand on your body which you probably want to use on the weights.
ps.
If he truly understood science he wouldn't be a gym instructor.
