Can you tell us what you do currently for your back workouts?

lat pull-downs
pull ups
seated cables with varation of hand attachments

Not sure why you are not growing as you wish for one bodypart, but it may be form. When doing any back
workout/movement the aim is to squeeze the shoulder blades together at the point of contraction. So if you are doing wide grip pulldowns for example, your lower back should be arched, so that your chest is up and you are
pulling the weight into you just below the chin. If you are going heavy and leaning back a little remember to
arch your back and meet the bar as it comes down, squeezing your shoulder blades together at the deepest
part of the rep.
This squeezing technique concentrates the contraction and should be applied to all back movements be it rowing of any type, pulldowns whatever the grip, or even deadlifts, keep the back arched and never round the back
forwards.
Don't wish to teach you to suck eggs and hope this helps.

my back workout consists of: 4 sets 10 bent over rows 45 kilo dumbbells,8 sets seated pulley rows 125 kilos various height and grip positions, 4 sets 10 lat pulldowns to the front 80 kilos, 4 sets dead lift (on smith machine as I have no grip in either hand )140 kilos. will post some pics when I can get around to it

personally wouldn't worry about a week body part unless you intend to compete, I have no nerves leading from my right hand to my right  bicep and have been told It will never get a peak on it like my left or be as big but as I'm unlikely to compete I train for the enjoyment of it, otherwise looking around at the size and symmetry of other guys I'd probably buy a comfy sofa , top of the range TV  and a pallet of beer lol
