Kerry Kayes will be holding a seminar in the main gym area on Tuesday 8th July at 6pm, for all members, visitors and anyone else that wants to come.

Please let us know if you will be coming, by posting on our forums or putting your name down on the list in the gym at reception.

Kerry owns Chemical, a very knowledgable man. I went to see him a long time ago for advice and he was honest, straight and well worth chatting to. This man knows his stuff.

Jon - Kerry is also the owner of CNP nutritional products. Hes been there and worn the T-shirt! Very knwoledgable and a great character too He really does know his stuff.
