At long last my Training Dvd is available to buy.
It's a 3 disc set which includes my raw, off-season, complete workouts. Also included - special features, posing displays, backstage pumping up, nutrition & interview.
Its over 4 hours long ,due to there being 3 discs there has been a price increase ,its now 30 pounds.
