is it true that your workout should only be 30-45 mins long as a hormone kicks in and start to get ride of your muscle to gain energy

a large body part should take no more than 30 mins and a small one should be about 15, train with good intensity and you wont be able o train for longer than that, although if you are training for purley strength ie power lifting etc sessions will be longer as you need plenty of rest in between sets, its your diet and rest that are the real important things in bodybuilding

I train for about an hour and a half 5 times a week, find if a fuel up before training for this length works for me no problems

I hit two muscle groups hard and get my cardio in, plus I enjoy it, would love to train  all day long if I could. It works for me and caused no injuries so far.
