There is no such thing as best brand in my opinion. It is more of what is a reliable and legit company/brand. There are 3 current types of creatine. Creatine Monohydrate, Creatine CEE (Ethyl Ester) and Di malate/Tri Malate creatine. Creatine MonoHydrate has been documented by science, and it works. Bloating will usually occur with creatine mono.
If your just starting out, you should go with Creatine monohydrate in the powder form, its best for absorption and is scientifically proven to work. Any brand will do as long as it's HPLC or Creapure, the highest grades of creatine. |
