What the hell do i do now.

Have had back pain something rotten for three days now. Been to the docs this morning only to be told its
either a disc problem or that i have torn something.

Is this something i can work round (baring in mind i cant bend to pick anything up or lift anything with any
sort of weight at all. (frustrating as hell, bored shitless, )

and what do i do with my diet considering i cant train ???

Go see a chiropracter or similar! The NHS did nowt for me when I injured my back. I had to pay private and you
probably will too. I will say that my problem was sorted quite quickly and it was certainly worth paying the money.
You need to get assessed to see what the problem actually is before anything can be done.

I sincerely hope its nothing that can't be treated quickly and I wish you a speedy recovery.

Having a bad back is no joke, I empathise.

I acutally work in the NHS..

Few weeks ago i pulled a muscle in my back. Was seen few days after i booked in. Might be worth both going via the NHS and also checking the prices privatly..

Ofcourse im bihest but i do think the NHS do a good job, they sorted my back problem within a week of seeing them.

Can understand your frustatrion jo, hope it gets better asap!

Thanx guys,

Do i need to get referred by my doc to go via nhs, as my doc never mentioned anything about physio or a
chiropractor, if anything he just thought it was funny. NOT.

go and see a physio privately, i did my back in squatting once and it went into spasm so i couldnt even get off the floor, my wife took me to the physio and he worked on my back with ice and this electric shock machine thing, after the treatment i could have literally ran out of the place!!

Well see both..see who can fit you in the quickest! And yes you need to see a doctor to refer you to the NHS.. should see a physio within a week..

so you have two choices

ones free..one isnt..both good at there skills..then the major thing is..who can see you the quickest good luck

Thanx for that. Not convinced it is disc, as getting pain in my right butt cheek, and last nite kept getting
cramp in my right leg.

Still doing some training and cardio, just doing what i can, just annoying and frustrating as hell. One day
its not too bad like yesterday then today hurts like hell !!!!!!
